Create a token
Name, ticker, taxes, an optional disclosed first buy, one signature. The whole supply goes into the pool; nothing is held back.

What launch() does
- Deploys the coin with a fixed 1,000,000,000 supply minted to the launcher.
- Registers the pool with the hook, which records the launch block, the creator and the taxes.
- Initializes the Uniswap v4 pool (native HYPE / coin, 0% LP fee, tick spacing 200) at tick 173400, about 29.49 HYPE of market cap.
- Adds the whole supply as one position the launcher holds and the hook never lets anyone remove.
- Makes your first buy, if any, through the one exemption the hook opens for the launcher, and checks it is under the cap.
Your first buy is public: it is tagged as a dev buy in the trades list, the holders table, the Supply card and your profile, together with how much of it you have sold since.
